I work at the intersection of faith and philanthropy. I spend a lot of time thinking about money, stewardship, and alternative economies.

I am a writer. A teacher. A preacher. A giving consultant. A translator across sectors. A convenor of good ideas. I use context, culture, and research to inform my work. 

I am passionate about people and about the God who animates and gives shape to each of our narratives. I seek to root all practical work in a theology that not only lives and moves, but repairs.

I’m a Senior Consultant at Vandersall Collective. In my 15 years of fundraising experience I have completed over 100 successful capital campaigns and annual giving campaigns.
